It's always nice to be reminded of how pleasant it is to work with PEX pipe. This bathroom consists of a toilet, shower and a sink. Got started on the water at 8am, and i was making the final connections by 9am! One hour to do the entire bathroom water.

With copper, this bathroom would have taken about 4 hours to solder all together.

You can also see the use of a push-together coupling(shark bite) to connect the pex and the copper tubing together.

Pex tubing isn't always as pretty as copper can be, but the speed and the price make up for it many times. Pex also comes in clear tubing as well, but my personal preference is to use the blue and red for cold and hot.
